Stevenston Post Office

Having used this post office for a great number of years I am shocked at the behaviour of the new postal staff members. Twice in recant weeks the staff have applied their own made up rules. Firstly one member messed up my V5 reg document when I was taxing a new car and subsequently cost me 25 to renew. Today I was met with the most obtrusive staff member who again applied her own made up rules that I MUST provide my personal details while sending a special delivery item where the Royal Mail rules confirm that I am not obliged to do this. The female was uttering a lot of nonsense and in return caused me to be irate with her refusal to acknowledge her own errors. Will definitely not use this service again as it is evident they are playing silly made up games.

The staff are great,friendly and have been a tonic past 2years..10 out 10 to staff...the manager though,is way too rude to customers..nothing out of ten for him
