    Blair provides excellent personalised, detailed and enjoyable training sessions tailor made for each individual athletes sport or preferences. His sessions are challenging but incredibly enjoyable and his methods produce rapid results which are trackable through both performance and metrics so you can feel and visualise your progress. Blairs commitment to his craft is second to none and as an amatuer mma fighter in training I can definitely testify that they will take you to the next level as an athlete. Could not recommend enough

    I started with Blair at Optimal performance football 2 months ago. My goals included losing weight, building muscle and improving my performance on the football pitch. In this time I have lost a stone in weight while gaining muscle mass in the areas targeted during strength and conditioning classes. I have also felt noticeable differences on the football pitch in my performance and in my recovery. With Blair also being a trained masseur, this also helps my recovery substantially to reach peak performance levels at every opportunity.
