Fantastic service today from James Frew (Scott Robertson). Got up this morning to water pooling on the bathroom floor around the toilet pan Phoned James Frew to see if it was covered in my Gold Cover and it was. They organised a plumber to come and check it out. Scott phoned in advance of his arrival (big plus for me!) and had a look at the back of the pan. He diagnosed the issue in jig time - replaced the part then tested it and realised the flush wasn't operating properly so replaced that too. Brilliant service, and special thanks to Scott, who was friendly and definitely knew his stuff. First class.
