Worst ever!!!!! I wanted a weave fitted so thought id get fresh hair first, I went in and showed her a photo of the colour I wanted (which was all blonde) and to cover my roots, she put a dark gingery brown on my dark brown roots! when I complained about it she took a week to get back to me, she never offered a refund and argued with me. I couldn't afford to pay for a new colour cause I still had to pay for my weave (i had to match it with the colour she gave me) when I went In to get it fitted we were basically having a disagreement over the full situation and she asked me infront of the shop if I wanted my weave done or not? I've never been so angry in all my life, The first day I was in for colour she was doing the lady beside me while I waited on my foils (never even offered a drink) I asked about the blush part of the shop and what she all does, she just shrugged and said its just mostly waxing and I said does she have a price list and she said no!!! I asked if she advertised cause I've just moved here and would like to have a look she just made this snidey laugh and said she doesn't need to advertise! I never put up reviews but this was just terrible customer service
