        My husband phoned to order polar white chips. The lady said their van had broken down that day and she would phone him back on Friday or Saturday. No call back received therefore went to Ayrshire Building Supplies and chips delivered next day. Not great for business I would say. If I owned the company I would not be happy that a customer went elsewhere, especially when the customer lives just around the corner but had to get an Irvine company to supply.
