        James is fantastic, what a service. Master socket moved and also had outside phone line moved. Arrived on time and made no mess, tidying everything after. Great quality of work and would recommend for any work.

        I needed urgent professional assistance for a very elderly neighbour who had contacted me for help when her home phone was switched from analogue to digital by Vodafone. Her phone line was also connected to an auto-dial emergency alert box. After two hours of fruitless discussion with Vodafone who were completely incapable of helping, I called James at JMC Telecom who attended the next morning. He was superb and after an hour of work was able to have the whole system running perfectly, despite the complexity of the setup. It was a massive relief for both my neighbour and I. I recommend James at JMC Telecom without reservation and will undoubtedly be calling on his services again. His consummate professionalism put Vodafone to shame.
