        The staff in this 'post office' have absolutely no manners. Grabbing parcels out of the hands of customers is NOT acceptable. Grabbing a customer's phone out of their hands to scan a QR code is NOT acceptable. Talking on the phone whilst you're serving a customer is NOT acceptable. The Asian man who served me didn't have a clue what he was doing because he was talking on the phone at the same time. They open and close this sad excuse for a post office whenever they feel like it. Absolutely abysmal service and the Post Office company should be ashamed of themselves for how they have destroyed the service up and down the country.
