Thier site in Newmains has done away with a public footpath with no consideration for school kids or members of the public, they are being forced to use a grass muddy area. The site manger admitted that his men wouldn't be allowed to walk on the grass as its a health and safety issue yet kids and adults are.Their fence is at the edge of the footpath if they had moved it one meter as they have done with the other footpaths the problem would be solve or put in a temporary path .
