        Shambles of a company to work for and even worse for service users. Never provide a full service that they are PAID for and its a so called charity. Service users are left not knowing if theyre actually going to get the help and support they need. As for working for them - dont, management dont care about you at all, youre just a number and if youre not willing to work 60-70 hour weeks anymore then they dont want you anymore. Learned the hard way with them.

        Absoulute shambles of an organisation, management doesn't know from week to week if they have staff to cover the client list they have. There is no support groups or activities anything Richmond fellowship had to pay for ,hiring local church hall etc was cancelled. I would dearly love to know what the budget is being spent on the Dumbarton office is being closed. I'm afraid it's time this organisation was investigated as they are failing their client down .
