If I could give it zero I would!! Absolutely brutal for prescriptions. My doctors send it over, they have a note of the date and time, and I repeatedly get told it only came in the day before which I know is lies. Sometimes they even claim not to have it at all and I need to put the call to my docs on loud speak so they actually look!! Standing here now and they're saying to patients "do you really need it today??" It's shocking! My mind is blown - they've had my prescription for 4 full days and it's somehow my problem they've not put it together when it's very basic every day meds. The lady at the till keeps saying how busy they are, yet no advertising for additional staff?? Changing to an independent going forward!

Can't fulfil a prescription fully, so partial filled so they can't give me my prescription back so I can go elsewhere. There mistakes but guess who has to fix it me or them as usual the costumers. Go elsewhere as I will be don't finance incompetents.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. 2 weeks time to make up a prescription and went to get it and it hadn't been done. Took the woman 10 minutes to even find the prescription note then 10 more minutes for them to get it. And that was a good day. This isn't a one off. They're either chronically understaffed or they're just making prescriptions when they feel like and in no order whatsoever.
