My car was losing power under pressure...I knew from 2 previous occasions it was 1 of the coils. I just managed to get to the garage and no more having had to pull into the hard shoulder as my speed dropped to 10mph on the way. Waited all day for a phone call and ended up just dropping in. To be told there's nothing wrong with my cars engine. I was taken aback by the rude attitude in which I was spoken to and explained that that was impossible and that I was positive it was a faulty coil to be met with a grumpy well you show us which coil and we'll replace it. I had wasted a whole day and lost a days wages .putting my car to this garage. Never again. Totally unprofessional. The next day I drove to halfords. They found the problem in 10 minutes. A coil. Replaced it within half an hour. What a difference between a professional company and a shower of cowboys.

I've used JK tyres twice in recent months and both times they've been great. Good selection of tyre options and a quick turnaround time.

On the receipt, it stated the water pump had been replaced but it failed 40,000 miles later. After taking it to another mechanic, he said he doubts the water pump was ever changed. Cheers lads.
