        Absolutely awful staff and appointment booking system. Seems to be no duty of care for patients whatsoever. Receptionist shouldn't be making people feel worse. Quite clear that money seems to be top of the agenda. Not one member of staff seems capable to deal with sensitive needs with regards to mental health. Would definitely advise anyone to choose a different practice.

        Lovely doctors but that is all the positives of this practice The management & general running of the surgery is awful & has gone downhill - so much so that after 15 years of being a patient here with my full family we have moved to another practice Really disappointing & wouldn't recommend this surgery to anyone
