        Phone system is like the 1950's, no queue automation or anything like that, no, permanently engaged you have to battle the redial button with probably around 10-15 people all day - Good luck.

        I have found this practice fantastic. All staff are friendly and help in any way they can. I have not had to wait too long for an appointment, even through the pandemic. Phone , video and face to face appointments are readily available. Nurses, gps and reception staff make the surgery a very friendly and welcoming place and it is very organised.

        Friendly helpful staff doing their best with the covid regulations and staff shortages. I've always felt heard and have never struggled to get a call back from a GP or nurse.
