I just moved here from Dundee. Tried 5 different chemists' in Dundee the previous week: trying to fill a prescription for two items, when one was universally unavailable. None would give me the other item, despite it sitting behind them on the shelf and them knowing that it would alleviate my symptoms. Each told me to return to my GP to get another prescription for the same thing (when it took 2 months to get that damn appointment!).
The entire process took 5 minutes here.
They also acknowledged my presence the moment I entered the store, which has not happened to me in a chemist's since the 1980s.
