We had some bodywork done on our Audi A4. Fraser was a pleasure to deal with and he and his team did a first class job. The paint match proved tricky and he went the extra mile to sort it out. Of course, we hope not to have bodywork issues again, but if we do well happily head to Brownhills.

Went there to get my vehicle welded after it had failed its MOT. The mechanic took a quick look at the car in the parking lot, asking me to wait at reception. When he got back he told me to basically scrap the van since fixing it would take at least 4k. He told me that it was dangerous to drive the car and that there was basically no metal left for welding due to rust. I thought this sounded like an exaggeration and went to get a second opinion a couple days later, where the mechanics properly looked at the underside of the car, showed me that there was plenty of good metal to work with and in the end quoted me under 600 pounds for the welding and the MOT together. I am a young, foreign woman who probably does not seem as if she knows a lot about cars, and really felt that I was not being taken seriously there. Would not recommend Brownhills.
