Besides the best massage Ive ever had, I left the session feeling significantly more aware of my minds and bodys needs.         I would highly recommend Jennifer. She is knowledgeable in her field of expertise. I had pain in my neck/shoulder and she help resolve it and gave me exercises to do at home. My daughter went to see her with back issues and we would definitely go back to her.
