Paul Govers Photography

Paul captured our wedding day on 1st April 23 and we are over the moon with the full service he provided. His turnaround time is no joke, by the end of our wedding night we had preview photos sitting waiting to view in our inboxes! He blew our mind with how fast and talented he is. From preparations in the morning Paul turned up and just fit himself in and made everyone feel really comfortable. He helped with loads more than just his job title of photographer with things such as my dress, my dads kilt, kirbies for the girls, timings of getting ready and out the door he was just amazing and all his tips and help continued throughout our day. My husband and I arent fans of being photographed and Paul was amazing at this as he just captured us as the day went on and at no point did we feel like we were being dragged away from our guests. He managed to photograph everything we wanted and it didnt feel long at all. All our family and friends loved Paul too and have spoke about him since the day and how amazing he was and how he went above and beyond. I dont think our day would have been as smooth if we didnt have Paul there. He knows his stuff and more! 100% recommend him if you are looking for someone! Hes amazing. Such an open and friendly person that is phenomenal at his job. Thanks Paul :)

We recently got married at Lochside House hotel in December. Paul is such an incredible photographer and we couldn't imagine anyone else capturing our day. From the minute he arrived , he made everyone feel at ease. He helped keep us calm before the ceremony and made us feel relaxed getting our photos taken. It felt like he was part of the wedding party and was always on hand to help out. He interacted with all of our guests and made them feel included and at the end of the day, everyone commented on how great he was. He captured our day perfectly. We couldn't be happier with our photos and they have exceeded all of our expectations. We can't recommend Paul enough to friends, family and anyone who asks!

Well what can I say - Paul done our wedding at the weekend 28/01/2023 and he was just everything and more. Just a genuinely nice guy who couldnt do enough for us all on the day and the lead up. Between keeping me calm and sane to getting his emergency kit out with Kirbys in it. He truly was just unreal. The preview pictures we got were just gorgeous and I cannot wait to see the rest. Paul was brilliant with our son Jude let him take pictures and help fix his laces and socks. cant thank you enough Paul for everything you done for us on Saturday - really does make a difference when you have a photographer as nice as you are. I don't know where to start as Paul was excellent from beginning to end on our special day! He put any last minute nerves to ease and was fully involved and enthusiastic at every point, from the morning preparations to our evening dancing. His preparation ensured that we captured photographs at every amazing spot in our venue. I had always wanted a winter wedding and Paul certainly captured this in our photographs, which we can now treasure forever. He went over and above with everything and even had my lipstick in his pocket for touch ups throughout the day. I only met Paul for the first time on our wedding day but our guests agreed that he felt like part of the family, like we had known him for years. They were all raving about him at breakfast the next morning and for weeks to come. Paul went that extra mile for us and I could not recommend him enough to everyone and anyone looking for a photographer for their special day. Thank you so much Paul for all that you did for us our photographs are perfect.
