        Natural causeway to the island only accessible at low tide. You can walk to the island in less than an hour but dogs are not allowed due to the goats that inhabit the island. Time it well so as not to get stuck.

        Its pretty hard going as you can't walk very quickly across it, hiking boots, trousers & waterproof coat are essential. Make sure you get the correct timings.
