        Very helpful and efficient ( even on Christmas Eve when I phoned in a complete panic). Excellent customer service even 2 years on from installation. I would highly recommend Cozy heat and plumbing.

        Contacted Cozy heat to service boiler as they always provide an excellent Steven was extremely polite; prompt and professional. He was extremely thorough and recommended small tips to reduce costs which was very helpful. There is an intermittent fault so i arranged a repair. Scott came out, he was so helpful and explained everything, checked it is safe to use. Stacey contacted me to say it needs several parts and pointed me in the direction of Ideal logic as they offer a fixed price deal if there are several parts required. I am astounded, this company are one extremely honest company !! Thanks to a wonderful team at Cozy Heat
