        Visited this restaurant with high expectations after reading the glowing reviews. The location, ambience and service were fantastic. However......The food quality ranged from excellent (crab amuse bouche, crab and langoustine starter, deserts) to mediocre. The asparagus spears (starter) and scampi with chips were no better than our local pub, sadly. The cod was served on a corn pure with calamari coated and fried; the corn flavours completely dominated. All other aspects of the meal were good. No Michelin star from us.
