Parking with information panels about Bridge history & Bernera, nice views of bridges & local area.

Great piece of engineering - 5 car parking spaces on the Bernera side to stop at and read the information board detailing the lengths they went to in order to keep these two pieces of land connected. No facilities but a good stopping point and excellent views into the Atlantic. The new Bridge is the road one, but you can still walk over the old bridge.

Could have carried me better over the water. Not an effective bridge to be honest. Would swim next time. Regards.
