This B&B is not worth the 100 a night. There is a lot of work that needs to be done before I would classify it ready to accept guests. The outside of the house looks derelict and is in need of a paint and landscape. There was a kettle in room but no mugs or facilities for tea or coffee making. My toast at Breakfast had mould on the bread and generally I did not feel relaxed. On a plus side the twin beds were extremely comfortable. Sandy the host is welcoming and accommodating. This review reflects the facilities not the host.
