        Popped in as a stop on our bicycle run and had coffee and cake. Host was very welcoming and other patrons were chatty too.

        Absolutely fantastic. The quality of the food is amazing. Best steak and ale pie I've tasted. Service also excellent in this great family run restaurant. I would drive down from Scotland, just for dinner.
