Synergy Sport Therapy

I hurt my back 7 years ago after a fall. I have been to see a number of different therapists in that time with no success. The pain was giving me sleepless nights , it stopped me walking and medication was not helping. In a desperate last attempt after reading reviews for Synergy I went to see Stephen. After 3 sessions later, a few exercises he gave me I have now been pain free for months. He is a really nice man who works on you like no one else I have ever been to see. Thank you so much Stephen.

Absolutely fantastic treatment! For the past few years I have been going to Stephen, he has put in 110% into every treatment and each time has got me back on track. Stephen takes the time to listen to my problems and provide me with exercises and plans to help me sort out my posture and weakness within my body. I cant thank him enough!

Stephen is brilliant sport therapist. Really knowledgeable and easy talk to talk too. Have referred family members to him and we all believe he helps in a positive way. Your definitely in good hands!

My 14 year old hockey playing daughter has been to see Stephen for a variety of treatments.. from ankle pain to shoulder pain and everything in between. Everytime, Stephen has managed to get her fit and back on the hockey pitch in the shortest time possible. He is always professional, courteous and always takes a genuine interest in how she is doing and performing on and off the pitch. Would highly recommend Synergy sport therapy.
