        I was advised yesterday that my hot tub that was booked a while ago was cancelled with only one week to go so have got no chance of getting another one sorted as everywhere is booked! I am very disappointed and feel very let down as this was meant for a 40th birthday celebration. The communication has been very poor and no clear explanation as to why it was cancelled. I have been refunded but that doesn't help with the fact I have been let down at last minute! please be wary
