        My rug was collected on 3rd February for a wash and repair. The quality of the repairs are excellent. So I have given 5 stars. Add to that the 3 stars for communication. I felt that I had to keep chasing for an update either by email which wasn't answered or by text which was. I began to feel that I would never get it back as it had taken so long - delivered today. Add the two star scores together = 8 2 = 4 stars avg. Would I use again...no. I will go locally.

        My puppy chewed a corner of my lovely Persian rug. I sent it to Jacoby and it has been returned beautifully mended and clean. The workmanship is first class. Michael at Jacoby was so pleasant and professional in all our correspondence too. I am absolutely delighted and couldn't recommend Jacoby rugs more highly.
