Without doubt, the worst energy provider I have ever encountered in a decade of living away from my parents house. They 'guess' your bill and it is always at least 100 higher than it should be (it was 400 higher last year). It is almost impossible to chat to anyone because the queue is sooooo long (probably because everyone is complaining). Whenever they say they will call you back.... they don't. Honestly, it is an absolute shambles. DO NOT GO WITH SPARK

They have left me without a new snark meter when my old one blow up I have a 2 year old in the property thanks spark for 4 days

I waited 45 minute on the phone and then got cut off! Then called again and exactly the same thing happened?!! But someone was on the end of the line both times and then Spark called me back with one ring!!

Never received a bill from this company to my knowledge they have not ever supplied to me, yet they made up some amount and sent daily text messages to pay, I managed to talk to someone, she promised they would email me the bill but that never happened at the end I paid it blind because they are nonstop threatening with credit disputes and putting it on my credit file. Unbelievable how some people taking advantage of COVID year honestly devastating
