An unexpectedly great experience! As used car dealers go, Mark and his team are the antithesis of the sector's reputation. Honest, transparent, genuine and professional. It did not matter that I was in the market for a budget runaround - I was treated like I was buying a Ferrari. Great communication and exceptional service. Great communication throughout and when I arrived to pick up my car everything was all sorted for me all I had to do was drive away. This was my first experience of using an independent garage to buy a car and I have to say it was so much better than the big chains. I felt very taken care of and I felt I was getting a good deal.

Had been looking for a specific model of car for a little while and when one turned up here it was an unbelievably smooth process, I was able to turn up after working hours to view and take the car away, the service I received was second to none and I couldn't recommend highly enough, it was my first dealership purchase and I wouldn't go anywhere else in the future, thanks again to MBM for the outstanding service.

Excellent communication from Mark from the start. Genuine and honest dealer, absolutely worth his weight in gold. He organised all the finance for me which made it very easy and stress free. When I went to collect the car, he took me to see it straight away to make sure I was 100% happy with my decision. He was upfront and showed any age related marks. I traded in my previous car to pay off its outstanding finance, Mark organised paying the rest off so I didnt need to contact the company myself and organise it. Lots of things that completely reduced the stress of buying and selling a vehicle. My mum and a friend have also previously bought vehicles from Mark and agree service was excellent. Very happy with my new Kia, will recommend Mark to others and come back in the future. Thanks again to Mark and team!
