The cottage had everything one would ever need. - short from moving ones own house there. Special mention of the hosts: they alone would be more than a solid reason to go visit the Shetland Islands and Scalloway. Truly lovely people and were looking forward to our next meeting.

The Scheiling is very well situated in the main street of Scalloway and has a double and twin bedrooms. The cottage has been recently renovated and is very thoughtfully appointed - Dave and Jacqui are very attentive and have made great efforts to ensure that everything needed is to hand for a comfortable stay. The lounge area is comfortable and the kitchen/dining very practical with everything you need. Scalloway itself is a peaceful and beautiful working harbour with shops, cafe, pubs - a great place from which to explore Shetland.
