        As a regular visitor to Shetland and Scalloway, I have Visited twice in the past two weeks and on both occasions the rudeness of the staff serving is beyond belief. Woman serving Spoke only to say the cost. No hello, please, thank you or goodbye. It costs nothing to be polite and everything to make a customer feel valued and welcomed. Wont return.

        Called in because we had read about the Lasagne but ended up buying most of our groceries etc there. The butchery department was exceptional with the content and quality second to non. A very helpful butcher was a great help. We will return from our holiday let in Hamnavoe to buy more goodies. Finally must mention the haggis which was by far the best any of us have tasted. This shop proves that the individual grocer can and should be better used.
