Shetland is so lucky to have the services of Yasp and particularly Margaret Gear. Margaret is so knowledgeable about many things, especially neurological conditions and from my experience she can provide treatment and exercises that really work to cure or improve every problem I have presented. Had a session with Paula last week and left feeling very optimistic about my treatment. My session was very informative, and unlike previous experiences with physiotherapy, I feel confident that I understand my issue and my treatment going forward. Thank you Paula and Margaret!

Attended Yasp with nerve pain in my shoulder,neck and into arm. Had a single appointment. Had the likely causes explained to me and was given exercises which brought a vast improvement. Very impressed and relieved.

Yasp within a year of opening have achieved well over a 5 star review in my opinion. I am involved with a core stability group run by Margaret Gear, I also access individual support for particular difficulties I occasionally experience. The core stability group is run sensitively and intuitively, each person works to their own ability and limits. Margaret keeps a weather eye on all individuals whilst running the group. This group not only pushes us to achieve our maximum stability and strength, but it enables and encourages us to commune and support each other a crucial and enjoyable side effect of being a group member.
