phone master , saltcoats

Took my phone in here to get both front and rear glass repair done and was told 62 pounds and I could pick it up the next day at nine o'clock, well I tryed to pick it up and the shop was shut tryed phoning hundreds of times and travelled to Saltcoats on numerous occasions that day still for the shop to be shut, I didn't get my phone until the day after quoted but that's not all my fiance went in to get it and the owner had no reasoning or excuse for this and then had the cheek to ask her to leave the shop well that's not the worst of the issues my phone isn't fixed properly it's only been done two weeks and the back has a crack already and I've not dropped it atoll honestly I think this is despicable and I will be taking it back in for a refund, I gave this shop one star rating but that's only because there isn't an option for no star ratings.

Took my phone into this shop to have screen done what a joke didnt do it properly the screen is coming away from phone and now its cracked after 6 months so now going to get my phone fixed at another shop as I wouldn't let these fix even a toy phone
