Awful experience. They're more interested in helping the buyer to the detriment of the seller. They 'tried' to sell our property for 14 months - were reluctant to show people around and their sole tactic was to lower the price by thousands 'to attract interest, then haggle up again'. We went with someone else and sold in 15 days which I feel says a great deal. Communication was awful, we caught them out on so many lies and the concerns and eventual complaints were dismissed - then shockingly answered with some vindictiveness. I wouldn't wish my experience with this company on my worst enemy.

Move 2 I must say are outstanding especially june u work very hard june when dealing with your letting side and can't thank you enough for what you do in your work your star in my eyes thankyou.

Recently sold a property using Move 2 Ayrshire. From the offset, the marketing of the property was of a poor standard with me initially having to correct spelling errors and the general wording of the listing. Following feedback from potential purchasers, I requested that new photos of the front of the property be uploaded. This never happened. The response was that they were taken but then ended up in a folder and didnt get uploaded. A further concern was issues with their email system which I raised on several occasions as I wasnt receiving their emails. This was never rectified and resulted in a delay in my solicitor receiving an offer on the property and was only brought to light by myself - no follow up call from Move 2 to the solicitor to check this had been received despite being made aware of issues with people receiving their emails. Raised a complaint but felt this was handled poorly with no real constructive response to this. Provided my contact number for Helen to reach out to discuss but unfortunately she never took the opportunity to do so.
