Drove over 350 miles to see a property that was filthy and covered in mould inside and out! Photos on the advert must have been from about 5 years ago. Should have read all the reviews first, AVOID.

Leave your reviews about this unbeleivably bad company on TRUSTPILOT. I am currently renting from this shower of liars and incompetents, have still not been informed to the status of my deposit after 7 months!! They have 30 WORKING DAYS to rwgister it with a deposit agency and i still have not been given ANY DOCUMENTATION from hovepark!! I am now going to the FIRST TIER TRIBUNAL regarding their behaviour. This company are a shower of liars and crooks, need to have EVERYONE who has complaints and get together to talk about this agrivating business! ZERO STARS!

Hovepark are by *far* (and that's saying something) the worst Letting Agent I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with - and that is just in the application process! We drove 50 minutes to view a property - so 2 hours of our day plus fuel costs to view a property that had peeling wallpaper, cracks in the walls, a leaking window, no white goods and a back garden full of litter. We arrived 2 minutes before our viewing time first thing in the morning and someone else was in the property viewing it, we were told to stand outside in the rain. Another family showed up behind us - it wasn't an open viewing. They just decided to book us all in at the same time and leave us outside. After receiving the application by email they want a RIDICULOUS amount of personal information; three, yes three references, three months bank statements, A 200 HOLDING FEE WHICH THEY HOLD FOR ONE MONTH (WHAT??), and so so much more. Complete waste of time. Absolutely avoid. Shameful to even call theirself letting agents.
