Great shop. I got chamomile and lavender dog shampoo - smells lovely. I see the have lavender biccies to help dogs sleep at night. Great sales guy. Knowledgeable. Got birdseed too.

I am trying to keep my shopping as local as possible. Normally I have to go to Ayr or buy my dogs food at larger pets stores. The staff at Hooked on Pets were able to order the food I buy for my dog, and had it in store within 24 hours. I will certainly be buying from them in the future. The sales assistant was courteous and friendly, delivering excellent service.

The staff at Hooked on Pets were able to order the food I buy for my dog, and had it in store within 24 hours.
I will certainly be buying from them in the future. The sales assistant was courteous and friendly, delivering excellent service.
