Shockingly bad amateur outfit. Had a warranty repair booked for the beginning of March which was cancelled due the part not arriving. Rearranged to March 27th. This was cancelled at the last minute. Rearranged for Wednesday 29th March. This was then cancelled and arranged for Tuesday 28th March. This was again cancelled due the engineer running late. No apologies, no goodwill gesture. Completely useless. Avoid at all costs.

Fair to say poor service, had to use this company as was under warranty from Samsung. First visit they had the wrong part which left us without a washing machine for a further 2 weeks after waiting 2 weeks for a part they ordered after originally diagnosing the fault over the phone. After eventually repairing the machine I had to contact them as the engineer had scratched the facia of the machine. I had spoke the the manager and was told they would order a new part and replace it, never heard from them since. I do not recommend using this company.

Appalling service. Female staff member in the office gleefully shares that disabled customers have been waiting weeks for vital repairs to appliances that are crucial to their health. Shes rude and shes a liar.

Terrible company to deal with. The female that works in the office is vile. She is boasting that disabled customers take no priority and have been left weeks without crucial appliances needed for medical reasons. Avoid this place.
