        Didn't turn up then when I rang to ask she said they had been out and cheekily said did you not listen to your messages which I had none. Wouldn't come back out. I was in all day waiting. However I telephoned Steven who has moved to other shop, he came out within 2 hours and was great. Tumble dryer now fixed. Just replying you did not call me as I had no missed calls and no one came out. So why say after 2nd visit.
