Was bought a training jacket through our club store as a gift, returned it as wrong size in late January.
Was promised an exchange within 2 weeks of the returned jacket arriving.
2 months later, no sign of the jacket. I've chased via e-mail 4 times and phoned at least 10 times - no response to the e-mail or phone calls and you can't even leave a message when calling.
