I purchased a woucher deal for a 90 min treatment.My appointment was at 10:00 therapist consulted with me at 10:15 then i had to wait on her setting up and opted for and additional 20 for microdermabrasion session. Products used Simple definitely not luxurious, hydrotherapy equipment faulty so time spent trying to repair this don't even know if it eventually worked properly. At 10:45 I was advised my treatment was over this was including the time spent trying to get the equipment fixesd. I asked about the times and was informed a facial would never last 90 mins and was offered a pedicure or a waxing sorry this was not what I came for. My first thought on this visit were reinforced during the treatment. Total rip off and false advertising could not get out quick enough so disappointed and annoyed with myself thinking I was getting a good woucher deal and upgrading the facial.
