This extensive pathway follows the Fife coast passing though many of the small villages and harbours. Well maintained pathways and gates with some signage, flat with occasional rises over headlands. Sections can be completed in a day or longer multi day walks. This is a very popular path.

A fantastic, well-maintained coastal walk. There are one or two steep sections but as a whole it is not too challenging and anyone with relatively good fitness will be able to manage it. There are plenty of beaches to stop off at on your walk and enjoy the beautiful sand and water. A fantastic path.

A very good, well formed walking path. It was very popular on a lovely, sunny day. The path goes for quite some distance and there are some interesting historical sites along the way. Castle ruins,a windmill that pumped water for the salt works, remains of salt making ponds,a sea water swimming pool and historic churches. The path has both low and high water options.
