DO NOT rely on this company for anything. We were just left stranded without a taxi to our friend's wedding. We booked well in advance and I phoned the morning of the wedding to make sure we were definitely booked in. Told at 8am yes, everything is fine, we'll get you to the venue before 1pm... but no taxi showed up. Guy on the phone says "that's really bad he should have been there ages ago, I'll phone him." 10mins later I phoned back to see what was happening and all of a sudden we were told that we never had a booking with them and I was "breaking up" and they couldn't help us. Lied to and stranded while our friend was getting married. A stranger on the street overhead what happened and drove us to the wedding himself - out of three kindness of his heart. We were late and missed half the ceremony, but at least we were there. And it was a miracle we got a ride home with friends. This company is appalling and should be ashamed of themselves. Absolute jokers. Don't give them a penny. ***Edit*** to response. I absolutely specified the date of which Saturday I was booking the taxi for (I was booking a taxi for my friend's WEDDING. I was very thorough with my booking information!) and as my review said - I called to verify the morning of the pick up that we were definitely booked in. It was confirmed on the phone that we were. I received no phone calls or texts from this company looking for us at any point. Of course I would have responded to these. The response to my review from the taxi company is a total lie. Do not book with them.
