Extremely friendly and helpful! They respond promptly to any request and are very flexible with days and times! All my stuff was taken perfect care of and delivered hassle free at the start of the year. The pricing is very reasonable and I have used them every year as they are the best in St Andrews. Sketch and the team are very friendly and accommodating and even took care of my houseplants at his home!

Chris was great to deal with and was extremely accommodating with my requests for storage dates. Fees were the best out of any other company I looked at. All my stuff that was shipped to the US has just arrived safely and fast. Thanks so much! Highly recommend

The best experience I have ever had with a company - ever! My experience with SaintStorage began in 2020 where they were incredibly helpful and extremely economical with providing, collecting, storing and redelivering my boxes to my new student accommodation. However, I didnt realise how wonderful this company was until it was my last year at university in 2022. I really struggled financially after I graduated and when I explained this to the team at SaintStorage they were so patient with me. They reassured me that I could keep my things in storage for as long as I needed to get back on my feet and they didnt charge me for the extra time my things spent in storage! (Chris even texted me to ask how I was doing!!). They have also delivered all of my boxes to my address using next day delivery!! I was so touched by the whole experience and I didnt know that people, never mind a whole company could be so caring! If you are a student at St. Andrews or even if you are not - SaintStorage are the ones to go to. Special shout-out to Chris - you are a wonderful human being and Im so thankful for you and everything youve done for me! I cannot recommend SaintStorage enough!

11 out of 10 for Chris and his team at Saint Storage!!! Incredibly patient, kind and beyond helpful. In Spring 2022 our son was finishing his first year at St Andrews and was unsure where to store his belongings for the summer. He was very busy with exams and feeling overwhelmed about packing up and storing his stuff. I reached out to Chris (from overseas) and was immediately taken by his honesty and kindness. Chris and his wife Claire were extremely helpful. Chris communication was very reassuring. The price was very fair good quality boxes and tape were given for packing. All of the boxes, bags and drying rack were picked up as scheduled and planned. Everything was delivered back as scheduled and the drying rack didnt even have a scratch! The team delivering the boxes back was very kind, careful and efficient. I was in St Andrews in Sept 2022 to help move my son back in and met Chris and a few of his staff for myself. Super nice! Our son will DEFINITELY be using Saint Storage for many years to come! HIGHLY recommend!
