        I have been having Reflexology on and off for a while now and more recently been having it for my pregnancy. Sleep has evaded me in the later stages of the pregnancy with hip and muscle aches. One session and I feel almost normal again! Side sleeping is much more comfortable and even my swollen ankles have been reduced! Highly recommend Claire for all stages of pregnancy! Wish she could come into my delivery room during labour to help me relax! Thank you Claire xx
