        I was made to feel comfortable from the moment I entered the office. My audiologist, Phillip, was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He explained the test procedure and answered all of my questions. He provided me with a range of options and worked with me to find best solution for my hearing needs. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention provided. Their professionalism, expertise and commitment to helping was truly exceptional. I highly recommend!

        Had issues with my hearing for a couple of weeks and decided to go to the clinic in St Andrews today to get checked out. From the moment I arrived the staff couldnt have made me feel more welcome and at ease. Within minutes Claire had iirrigated the ear that was giving me issues and I left with my hearing as near to perfect as it had been for some time. Felt really energised on leaving and wished I had visited sooner. Thoroughly recommended.
