Braemore Sales & Lettings - St Andrews

Me and my partner applied for around 13 properties with them. It was impossible to get viewings and if we did get viewings they were all cancelled within a week of the viewing date. The website they use is clunky and they dominate zoopla by having their properties perpetually re-uploaded, making it more difficult to find better letting agencies. Overall, poor experience.

My experience was mostly positive. It was sometimes hard to reach the real estate agents but when they did finally respond, they were helpful and professional.

This was the best experience Ive had with estate agents in St. Andrews! The staff were extremely helpful and lovely especially dealing with a few issues in the application process. Particularly Shirley and Hayley have been so friendly ready to help

Sarah at Braemore provided exceptionally good service to my daughter. From our first encounter, Sarah was responsive, friendly and kind. She fairly represented the property as well as set realistic expectations around move-in, furnishings, etc. We will definitely go to Braemore and Sarah first for any future St. Andrews real estate needs!!
