        i booked here for a night away, i was allowed to book perfectly fine, customer service on airbnb was great and was informed i was approved to stay, having previously booked with another youse from their company to have been cancelled 8 days before the booking, wanting to stay in st. andrews i messaged this place and booked straight away, only to have received a phone call from the company. the customer service i received was shocking! lady on the phone did not let me speak and constantly interrupted everything i had to say, confused as to why it got cancelled again! i received poor answers from the company and will never be booking with them again. absolute disgrace!
