I would like to publicly thank Katrina at the St. Andrews shop for service above and beyond the norm. I purchased a fluffy baby comforter back in April for my 6mth old granddaughter. She became inseparable from it. Tragedy struck last week when it was lost. I called the shop and gave a full description of the item to Katrina who then sourced it and put it in the post that same day. It arrived swiftly and we now have a wee happy baby. Incase of further catastrophe I bought 2 . Thanks Katrina you have no idea the happiness that your kindness has brought to a 1yr old wee lassie. You're a diamond xxx
