Agree w negative reviews, especially DTC RE Callum Duncan being rude (have heard that same opinion, and is my own, repeated by others experiencing same) though the female doctors are excellent. The true stars of this practice departed a number of years ago for greener pastures.. Im so relieved to have moved house, thus gaining a new lovely caring warm friendly organised professional practice, exemplary in fast appointments and vibrant practitioners. I opine that DTC used an anonymous name to avoid blowback. I was excoriated when I reported Dr Nixon to the practice manager for a grave error in treatment for my late husband, with facts twisted to defend his indefensible treatmt of me (including hollering) after dispensing an incorrect prescription in haste leaving my cancer ridden husband dangling for hours with a raging infection. Wagons circled. The practice could do with a few of these older members retiring and letting those who are not jaded take over.

Generally quite good. Dr Santiago is very helpful and attentive. I dont recommend Dr Callum Duncan. A very rude, arrogant and dismissive man. Try to avoid getting an appointment with him!

On 27th June their systems went down so they had to cancel all appointments via text. The reception staff didnt bother to rearrange these appointments for patients, we had to call up and wait in long call queues to correct their failures. Speaking of call queues, the recorded message on their phone informing patients that their system was down ended up spreading misinformation - they said for patients to call the same day after 2pm to rearrange bookings, when I did this the staff wouldnt help and instructed to call back tomorrowyet more mistakes and confusion.) Next morning I called and expressed my disappointment that Id have to wait 2 weeks for the next available appointment with the nurse, when Id been already waiting weeks for the original appointment they cancelled. The receptionist on the phone said its not their problem, no apology, no priority shown towards the patients they let down. Staff are incredibly rude and the practice doesnt take responsibility for their mistakes and failures. Wouldnt recommend.
