    The Ryman employee servicing the point was extremely unprofessional and insulting. He was clearly unaware of the procedure of sending a parcel. Initially he asked to pack all items into a box; after this was half-done, he asked to take everything back out because he needed to see every item. After that was done, he said he does not want to see every item and the list needs to be written down instead, at which point he offered a blank sheet of paper. When asked for a proper form, he appeared confused and said this should been done online in the first place, but failed to tell at which section of the website the form might be found or why did he not mention this before asking to start packing the items. He took a raised and insulting tone after being asked to confirm what the procedure is to avoid further confusion at which point it was felt best to leave the store. He refused to give his name to reference it in contact with his management, but the interaction occurred near 4PM on the 10.09.20.
