In St Andrews today and stopped here planning to have lunch, it was busy with a good vibe but the service was abysmal. There was a sign that asked customers to wait to be seated. We waited and waited, a staff member came by and didnt acknowledge us at all and then a further minute or so later someone else came over and asked us to bear with him for two minutes despite there being two tables he could have shown us to. We waited a further few minutes and another staff member acknowledged us but still didnt show us to a seat. All in all over 10 minutes standing at the counter. We left at that point, walked 50 yards up the road and had lunch there. No delays and nice service. Get your act together Bibis today just wasnt good enough.
